Work for a foreign language field is wide open as long as the job seeker to determine specialization and interest. However, the preparation itself needs to be done, especially when seeking information about employment opportunities with foreign language skills.

Zenaida Gutierrez, a writer who joined the Migrant Student Information Network, WestEd, California, share career tips for foreign language learners.

1. Discover the reason interest in the job
Determine where to work will be easier than to defend it. Therefore, you need to recognize what makes you interested in the job, especially careers that require foreign language skills. The work of this type, for example, in the fields of teaching, translating, and research. Find out which field you are interested and want further through it. Believe in and prepare yourself with good foreign language skills and can understand other people.

Choose the Method that Suits Your Homeschool

There are several kinds of homeschool methods, ranging from highly structured (such as schools) to the unstructured. You do not need to have relied on one method. The method that I write here is just as information if you want to know about various methods of homeschooling that might do another homeschool family.

Methods Charlotte Mason Homeschool

Charlotte Mason philosophy of education is proposed that includes ‘Narration, Copywork, Nature Notebook, Fine Arts, Languages, Literature-based curriculum’ and application in everyday life.

The impression I got from this homeschool method is the concept of “Book of Life”.Others with a textbook written by several authors on a particular subject, ‘the book of life’ written by one author. This book is ‘told’ and not just convey facts. Children will usually remember more when they read the story instead of reading textbooks.

In the Charlotte Mason method, children read books and then tell it again with its own language. This ensures that they understand what they read.

This method also stresses the ‘nature notebooks’. You exit the house, observed and recorded in the book, with pictures if necessary.

Encouraging Career Success Over Power

The power authority is always there around you, including in the workplace. But you can master the forces that can push a career or even misleading if you do not know how to handle it. To be able to master it, identify the first source of this mighty power.

Nate Steere, a writer, says power comes from three things, namely the role, expertise, and relationships. By identifying and controlling power of the power and influence in your daily life, work and life can be more focused.

Strength of role
Authorities in power relations play a part to see the source of power. The role of each person in the office is different, including the power and strength inherent in these different roles. For instance, a supervisor has authority over the work activities of employees who report to him.

But the strength of this role did not necessarily stop there. As a subordinate you can also get additional forces that depend on the needs or the more specific context. As a leader of a project or a particular committee. This role makes you have the power to include other employees whose position on top of you.

For example, as project leader, you have access to at least the accounting staff to find out the financial flow. Because of financial closely related to the passage of the project financing is not it?

Thus, active and confident to take the opportunity to manage a project in the workplace can add your roles and power relations. To obtain a higher power, you need to get a promotion. Ideally, the promotions obtained by people who contribute positively to the company’s progress, right?

The strength of expertise
The strength of this power relation is born from the skills, abilities, and your personal insights are high. No wonder, if the individual with the skill and insight are always reliable and certainly has more power than the power within him.

More awards will be given to individuals with higher skills. Because, there is a positive outcome of this individual contributed to employment and enterprise.
