To reduce the fat one has to do regular exercise and controlled diet. Most weight loss programs require all dramatically changes in diet. Fat absorbs works in different way. The main way of reducing fat is keeping your fat intake as low and eating starchy carbohydrate foods instead of enjoying so much more food. One can use smaller quantities of meat in meals and larger quantities of beans, vegetables or pasta.
More often we can eat, but it should be smaller portions. This will help your body metabolize the meal and not have the excess amount of fat which a larger meal often does. You can eat more protein foods. This will help your metabolism and burn fat more quickly. It will also help you build muscle and reduce the fast.

Walking Exercise

Walking is the best exercise even that should be advised by the doctors .By walking we can reduce our fat and loss calories. More diabetic patients are advised to walk nearly 1 hour daily by the doctors. Walking is a good exercise that everyone can do. Every walk increases the blood circulation and extends the life of a human. It also reduces the fat and provides immunity against any diseases. If we keep our body and mind fresh and fit no disease will attack us. Walking everyday is riding a wave of popularity that draws its strength from a rediscovery of walking utility, pleasures, and health-giving qualities. Walking reduces and kills approximately the same amount of calories per mile as does running. Walking actually has proven to be more effective than running and other more highly-touted activities in some weight-loss.


One must still watch how much they eat in order to lose weight. But walking helps them to build healthy lean muscle, lose inches of fat, and pump up your metabolism. Of long-term successful weight losers, almost all maintain a program of walking or other exercise. Ambulation is the other name of walking. Even a small kid starts to walk at its 11 months of age. From that age a human is practicing his walking till his death.

Kids Exercises

All kids must be active and they must be physically strength to manage their health and studies. Now-a-days many parents have come forward to engage their kid in many sports activities. Even at schools they have started many different kinds of sports activities. Even playing at the right time is a good exercise. Games and activities like soccer practice, dance, running, riding cycles helps a lot to keep the kid in a healthy condition.


Their mind gets refreshed after playing and they can much more concentrate in their studies than before. We can also help the kid to maintain normal weight condition. Through this we can save them many heart diseases. We can encourage them in participating in all types of physical routine activities or exercises at school. Don’t force them to study. They have enough mind stuff to learn the studies at the right time. By doing these proper exercises they get physically strong. They get very strong muscles, bones, regularize the fat etc.

Ask them to sleep well at the right time. Practice their bed time regularly. Night studies are not good for health. Ask them to sleep at the right time during exam times and make them study early in the morning. They can learn double the times than studying at night. Ask them to practice yoga. Even that is a good exercise. It refreshes their mind and makes them control their body. There are chances to make your kid mentally strength to face the challenges that faces their future.

Heart Diseases

The heart is a muscular pump in the chest. It beats continuously and rhythmically to send blood to the lungs and the rest of the body. Coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure, congenital heart disease, disorders of the heart valves, heart infection are the known heart diseases in general. There are many medical aids to cure these heart diseases. Among all self care of the heart is considered to be very important.


One must follow the rules advised by the doctor to keep the heart and its condition well. Smoking, sedentary lifestyle, hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and a genetic predisposition to the disease are the risk factors for the development of atherosclerotic heart disease. Heart diseases are caused mainly by high blood pressure. Especially hypertension causes high blood pressure.

Some of the critical conditions of the heart diseases that the hypertension creates are coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular disease, ischemic heart disease, heart failure, hypertensive heart disease, inflammatory heart disease, valvular heart disease etc. One must care the heart by stop smoking and getting less tension. Many forms of heart disease require diligent care. Basic understanding of the circulatory system and how it works may also help patients cope with cardiac disease and heart surgery.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the only key to develop and maintain the health. The nutritive food contains all the necessary materials in its own form and helps the cells and organisms to gain the strength. And also it makes us to live long. We can prevent all the common health problems with good nutrition. There are seven major classes of nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals, protein, vitamins, and water. An organism gains strength in what it eats in the form of our food.
Many deficiency diseases are occurred by Poor diet. Nutrition is actually the science. It always deals with all the mixture of factors of which food is composed. It also deals with the way in which suitable nourishment is brought to our body. The nutritional requirements of people are depended on characteristics such as age, sex, height, weight, degree of activity and rate of development. Always don’t give a way to the poor diet. Because it spoils our lifestyle unknown and provides many risk factors in the form of chronic diseases and threatens our life in the form of death. Nutrition provides great energy for us. It is almost just like servicing a machine to make it work well. Likewise our body is a machine and all these nutrition maintains it.

Water Pollution

Drinking water can become contaminated with many different substances that can harm human health and change the colors of the water. Water pollution is mostly come from city sewage and other industrial wastage. It can cause many problems within and around the home. Common problems often occur with drinking water, pond water and swimming pool water.
The Heavy metals from industrial processes can accumulate in nearby lakes and rivers. This can sometimes contaminate groundwater and end up in our drinking water supply. The Microbial pollutants often result in infectious diseases that infect humans through drinking water. Microbial water pollution is a major problem in the developing world, with diseases such as cholera and typhoid fever being the primary cause of infant mortality. Suspended particles in freshwater reduces the quality of drinking water. Hard water is the water that has high mineral content, usually with high levels of calcium and magnesium. This can cause a build-up of minerals in pipelines and cause erosion and blockage problems.
Water pollution is the combination of water bodies such as lakes, rivers, oceans and ground water. It has been suggested that it is the leading worldwide cause of deaths and diseases for the deaths of more than 14,000 people daily in addition to the acute problems of water pollution in developing countries is to struggle with pollution problems as well. In the most recent national report on water quality and in the United States 45 percent of assessed stream miles, 47 percent of assessed lake acres, and 32 percent of assessed bay and estuarine square miles were classified as polluted.
More than one-half of the world’s major rivers are being seriously depleted and polluted. Water is life and is necessary for all ecosystems.

Breathing Problems

Breathing problems are also called Trouble Breathing, Breathing Difficulty, and Labored Breathing. All these breathing problems include many pain and discomfort. It provides difficulty in the natural cycle of inhaling and exhaling air. Some breathing problems are very difficult or impossible to detect without a medical assessment. An evaluation will usually include a detailed history on the pattern and circumstances surrounding the breathing difficulty and may also involve medical tests.
The Breathing trouble difficulties involve a sensation of difficult or uncomfortable breathing or a feeling of not getting enough air. Breathing difficulty may be normal. Severe nasal congestion is one example. Strenuous exercise, especially when a person does not exercise regularly, is another. In many situations, however, difficulty breathing represents the presence of significant disease and should be evaluated by a health care. Even my brother is suffering from breathing problem. After much diagnosis he turned back to his normal condition. This problem can be solved only by a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Breathing problems are caused by allergies should avoid potential allergens, such as pollens, dust and molds. In all cases, people with breathing problems are advised to avoid smoking and follow a healthy lifestyle that includes a good diet and maintaining a healthy weight.
